Refund Policy

Challenge Refunds


Before Starting


If you have purchased a challenge but have **not yet placed any trades**, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.


After Starting


Once you have started trading in your challenge (placed at least one trade), the challenge fee is **non-refundable**. This is because server resources and evaluation infrastructure have been allocated.


Failed Challenges


Challenge fees for failed challenges are not refundable. However, you may purchase a new challenge at any time.


How to Request a Refund


1. Contact support@clifftrade.com

2. Include your account email and order reference

3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method


Exceptions


We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented fair evaluation
  • Duplicate payments
  • System errors affecting challenge results

  • All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
