By accessing and using Cliff Trade ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


2. Service Description


Cliff Trade provides a **prop trading evaluation platform**. Traders can prove their skills through our challenge program and access funded trading accounts.


3. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.


4. Challenges and Evaluation


  • Challenges are evaluation programs where traders demonstrate their skills.
  • Passing a challenge requires meeting specific profit targets while respecting drawdown limits.
  • Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge has been started, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

    • 5. Funded Accounts


  • Upon passing the evaluation, traders receive access to a funded trading account.
  • Profit splits are paid based on trading performance.
  • Cliff Trade reserves the right to suspend or revoke funded accounts for rule violations.

    • 6. Prohibited Conduct


    Users may not: exploit system bugs, use automation without approval, engage in any form of market manipulation, or share account credentials.


    7. Intellectual Property


    All content, software, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Cliff Trade. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.


    8. Limitation of Liability


    Cliff Trade is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform does not constitute financial advice.


    9. Modifications


    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
